Registration Information

Fees
Early Registration
  - Forms returned by April 1 - $375*
Regular Registration – Forms returned between April 2 and May 1 - $400*
Late Registration – Forms returned between May 1 and May 31 - $450*
No registrations will be allowed after May 31st

Note:  We must receive your registration form AND Health Form in full before any camper will be allowed to attend camp.

*Fees are heavily subsidized by the Diocese of Milwaukee.

- Payment installments can be arranged.  The balance in full is due on June 1.
- A $20 discount is available for families with more than one child coming to camp.  This applies toward one of the camper fees, not all.
- All campers must have a deposit in order to reserve a space at camp.  NO SPACES will be reserved without a deposit.
- Scholarship assistance is available upon request.  The amount of the scholarship is determined by need.  Congregations are encouraged to raise funds to assist their campers in attending camp.  You can download a scholarship form here.

After we receive your registration form, you will receive an information packet containing:
- A contract for camper conduct (rules that the campers will abide by while at camp)
- Directions to camp
- Medical Forms – All campers must have a Health Exam (2011) and a completed health history form signed by an MD, DO, NP, or a PA submitted prior to attending camp.  (Campers only need to get physical's every two years.)
- Campers will NOT be allowed to attend camp without a health form.  Campers without a health form will be sent home.

Camp Webb reserves the right to refuse any camper, if we feel that the camp cannot meet the needs of the camper.  We also reserve the right to send any child home.
