Information for All Applicants
Camp Webb is an outdoor ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Milwaukee. Everyone who comes to Camp Webb is given the opportunity to learn more about themselves and others, to discover more about the Episcopal Church, to develop a greater spiritual awareness, and to encounter God through living and learning about God’s creation. Campers will learn new skills, make new friends, create lasting memories and explore who they are and who God is in their lives.
Requirements: (Minimum Education and Experience) · Must have the ability to lead, motivate and interact with all age levels. · Must submit health history record and examination form prior to first day of work. · Must submit to a complete background and reference check. · Must attend all sessions of camp beginning June 27 and ending July 29.
Preferred Qualifications: · Previous camp (or related) experience. · Certifications in First Aid and CPR. · Other camping certifications. · Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Staff training will consist of but is not limited to: · Safeguarding God’s Children - Misconduct Prevention Training · Boundaries Training · Multicultural/Anti-Racism Training · Leadership Skills Training · Adult and Child First Aid · Team Building and Training
Staff benefits: · Room and Board (you will be housed in a cabin with private space for you that will be shared with volunteers such as chaplains or nurses) · 24 hours off (sometimes more) each week as well as time off each day that will be coordinated with the other staff. |
